The Index Advance with Knives was the second iteration of the knife / board combination product. The tapering form of the handle design not only created a very comfortable and efficient knife to use, but also enabled it to easily fit into the conical retention slot behind the boards. The 4 knife variants are: chef’s, filleting, paring and general purpose. Each knife has a coloured end cap in the same colour as the board it was intended for.
